Spanish Terminal commands

Starting with 4100ES Rev 1.03 the Spanish translation of terminal commands has been updated.
All commands except AYUDA are in English.
All command explanations (AYUDA IMODE) are in Spanish.
In order for Spanish explanations to be seen in Terminal, the Spanish Message Library must be
installed and activated by the Language Select button. This done in Exercise 8B.
