Who or whom?
There will be times when your writing needs to be more formal essay writing
is an example, but also in a report, or a business letter. This is when using
whom can be a useful choice; but using it wrongly is worse than not using it
at all if you arent sure always use the informal alternative who.
Practice your knowledge by choosing the correct pronoun in the examples
below.
[Tip! You might consider that whom could be answered with him or her,
whereas who is more the equivalent of he or she. In English grammar,
whom is said to the object form of the pronoun and who is the subject
form].
