The Mystic Tome of Knowledge

By Brandon Johnson
In a far away province, there lived an arcane mage who
traveled the country in search of the one true tome that
would give ultimate power to the one that finds it. Wars
started the search. Kingdoms became corrupt, and there was
an increasing sickness that spread throughout the Kingdom of
Farland. The mage had much to go up against; eventually, he
would have to fight to get the tome that holds ultimate
knowledge. Now he seeks to go to the Kingdom of Farland, the
place of rest for the tome, where he begins his
investigation.
The marketplace of Farland is the last place you may
find an innocent life. There was much crime after the
plague, and many of its citizens were affected by the event.
A couple of centuries ago the plague hit the peasants in
there crux homes which, was carried from the supposedly

brought from the kitchen mice. Peasants were sick when they
arrived to work and gave the sickness too much of the
merchants. Eventually, the Kingdom was in a panic, and King
Maltz had to call over his best alchemists to find a cure
for the plague. Unfortunately, the King confiscated the
cure, and only his family could have it, leading to a bloody
civil war in the Kingdom of Farland that would leave the
Kingdom scarred in centuries to come.
Now King Maltz great grandson King Multz II tries to
bring his Kingdom to glory once more, in which he begins to
send out warriors in search of the tome that would bring him
glory. He sent out his best men, the Captain Ripley, a
capable warrior and skilled with many forms of hand to hand
combat; Commander Harkin a skilled archer and leader of
Faralands infiltration squad; last but not least the only
mage in the ranks of Farland, Lieutenant Redland. They all
set off to Farlands many temples to find the tome.
For years, the Province of LeCharte has been considered
one of the most expansive powers there was in all of Sraw,
the continent which inhabits both Farland and LeCharte. In
the previous history, they have conquered mighty kingdoms
and have even tried a couple of times to invade Faraland.
However, the plague was so bad there that if there army set

foot there then they would catch it. Now that the plague has
sort of subsided over there, Henry, the King of Le'Charte,
plans to invade Farland.
At the temple, closest to the Castle of Farland, Multz
troops have gone through many traps and have even found
information as to where the tome may be located. For, the
mage he also has ventured to the temples close to Maltz
men, in which he finds out that there are four keys, in
addition to four tablets that make a map to finding the tome
of ultimate knowledge. In one of his adventures, in one of
Faralands temple both Maltz troops and the arcane mage
intersect with each other. Both talk about their common goal
so; they make an alliance with one another.
In the meantime, Farland has been invaded first with a
hail of fire, then with an army of LeCharte warriors. All
of Farlands mages sought to create a barrier around the
castle of Farland since they knew the LeCharte army would
attack there next. Talks between the warriors of LeCharte
and citizens of farland led to the military of LeCharte
finding out that there was an ancient tome of knowledge.
Orders were carried out to these men to find the tome and
any magical artifacts that would strengthen the LeCharte
Army.
