    The last time this happened in January the indicator hit it's low on Jan 11 but the SPX didn't hit its high till Jan 19th. Don't know if this -10 reading is going to be the low or not. As you can see it didn't bounce last time until it hit -15.68.

    We are really getting close now but observe that the indicator makes a low first and then

    the SPX follows. The last time this happened in January the indicator hit it’s low on Jan
    11 but the SPX didn’t hit it’s high till Jan 19th. The indicator was already headed back up
    when the SPX headed down on Jan 21. Don’t know if this -10 reading is going to be the
    low or not. As you can see it didn’t bounce last time until it hit -15.68. So still watching.
