The experience scenario is a privileged observatory of innovation,


challenging the companys culture and identity.
User experience is not just making products and services easy and
enjoyable to use (usability), it is about taking care of the meeting
between people and systems through interfaces, it means
collaboration with people, understanding their goals and looking at
issues from a new perspective.
It includes everything from information architecture to usability
testing and visual design, but, as Carol Szatkowski said, despite its
technical characteristics, is essentially a humanistic endeavor.
