PROCEDURE

Parents seeking admission for their wards should obtain the application form and
prospectus for registration against payment of Rs.150/- by cash for LKG to X an
d Rs 200/-for XI All completed application forms for registration together with
necessary enclosures should reach the office within 10 days of receiving the app
lication.
CONFIRMATL0N OF ADMISSION
Applicants selected for admission will be required to confirm acceptance of the
seat offered within the stipulated date mentioned in the admission letter by rem
itting the prescribed annual fee by cash. However, parents are also permitted to
remit the fee in three installments as mentioned in the separate fee schedule.
CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Students are accepted for admission with the understanding that they will remain
in the school for the entire course of study. Fees once paid will not be refund
ed under any circumstance. However, hostel fee will be refunded if the withdrawa
l is legitimate and could not have been foreseen by the parents.
COMPULSORY WITHDRAWAL
All students are strictly to abide by the Rules and Regulations and Routine of t
he School and the Hostel at all times. Principal can without any reason ask a pa
rent to withdraw their ward from the School if he considers the student's conduc
t, behavior and influence to be in any way detrimental to the interest of the Sc
hool. In such cases entire amount of fees paid during the academic year shall be
forfeited irrespective of the date of expulsion.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
Parents can apply for TC of their ward at the end of the academic year. Such req
uest should reach the School Office before 10th March of the academic year. Appl
ication for TC during the academic session before March will not be generally en
tertained unless there is change of residence. Such applications may be submitte
d within 30 days notice.
