How to sleep:

1. Pick a place where you can relax, it can be anywhere as long as you can relax
ing your sense.
2. Choose your position to sleeo, you can stand, sit or even laying at your choo
sen place.
3. Slowly close your eyes so you can block any light from your eyes, or if you'r
e an expert you can even sleep with open eyes.
4. Rake a deep breath, and slowly relax your tense.
