    Customer Services Access Point

    Lairg Library

    This is a Highland Council Access Point. At this Access Point you can do the following:
    Access the Highland council website (www.highland.gov.uk) using the public
    computers to make payments, book a service, i.e. Bulky Uplift, download Council
    forms and applications, and access Highland Council information

    Use of a phone to contact Customer Service at the Service Centre on 01349


    886606 for all help and information with all Highland Council Services

    Book an appointment at the reception desk for face to face service delivery
    i.e. Registration, or to meet a Council officer.

    Book an interview room for Registration or private meeting with a council


    officer

    Signposting to Highland Council and partner services

    Printing of Application Forms, general information and Council Minutes and


    Agendas

    Provision of general information to all customers
