Things that I got

Self-explanatory
I GOT A NONPROFIT WHICH I STARTED
AND MANGE ON MY OWN, B*(*&SD
Takes initiative, Group Vice Chief Clerkwrote new instructions for changing CQ
program, fast adaptation and rapid
implementation
Changing CSP to reflect new uniform items,
update outdated sections
How: Examples of what the room should look
like-vision that stan/eval officer has for the
program? Implement accordingly
I look good
Want uniform and consistent grading across
wing, spot checks/administration, but not
impossible-focus on relevant, important
things
Statistic data analysischeck for squads with
lower performance, examine if bias or other
possibilities
Commitment and responsiveness
Informal Stan/Eval Clerk, took part in
K-tests, while a Group Chief Clerk
Weathered changes in CQ program
last year, same-day adaptation for new
requirements (spreadsheets, etc)
When actual Group Chief Clerk
stopped doing his job, I took over

Weakness? Overstretching self. Tried to do everything. Double major. Space Ops. 2x 499.
But have successfully cut back. Now focused on core things: academics, military,
athletics-get good grades, help the squad/group/wing improve, stay fit. Help people
through personal nonprofit.

If you need something done right and done quickly, Im your guy.

Free time? Gym. Nature. Martial arts. No good, either boneheaded and try too hard, or
shows perseverance.
