Turner Completes Annenberg Pavilion at Eisenhower

Medical Center with Zero/No-Lost Time Incidents

Turner’s Southern California office recently reached substantial completion on the Annenberg Pavilion
project at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. without a lost-time incident. Since
September 2006, Turner has managed more than one million safe working hours for the 260,000 sq. ft.,
150-bed patient tower and central plant upgrade.

Steve Yots, Turner’s project manager for the Annenberg Pavilion project, says, ”Scott Macdonald, Safety
Manager, led the charge and took safety to a different level on this project.” Turner’s Southern California
office has received notes from subcontractors thanking Turner and Scott for what they learned on the
project and for creating a safe environment for their teams.

The Annenberg Pavilion marks the third project Turner has completed for Eisenhower Medical Center and
pre-construction is underway for additional projects on the campus.
