I am excited to have the opportunity to reapply for the position of resident advisor
for the 2016-2017 academic year. I am also applying for one of the head resident
advisor positions. After completing my first year as a resident advisor in Carriger
Hall, I feel that I have the passion and abilities that would make me a great fit in the
resident advisor staf next year.

If rehired, I would bring a wide variety of skills to the resident advisor staf including:

A year of experience as a resident advisor

Creativity possibly unmatched in the resident advisor staf
A strong passion for others and Emory and Henry
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Leadership skills developed from a lifetime of sports and other organizations

I have appreciated the opportunity to get to know each member of the resident life
staf over the past year, and I am thankful for the opportunity to apply for the
