    ‘The Contractor shall collect, analyze, and document all requirements for the collection of all incoming and outgoing Microsoft email traffic. ‘The Contractor shall recommend a COTS product to perform this collection function, Deliverables: 3. This test plan shall include; testing methodology, a cross-reference to the requirement, testing scenarios, and expected results. Deliverables 11. Individuals independent from the development team shall perform testing. 13. Perform Testing 5 days after Government approval of deliverable 12 14, Test Results Report 3 days after testing complete 6.5 Develop ARMS Format Programs ‘The Contractor shall develop programs to convert the Microsoft Exchange emails into the ARMS format as per appendix a. 15. Conversion programs 4 weeks after Government approval of deliverable 4 16. Source code for programs 4 weeks after Government approval of deliverable 4 6.6 Test Plan for ARMS Formatting The Contractor shall develop a test plan for the conversion programs. This test plan shall include; testing methodology, a cross reference to the requirement(s), testing scenarios, and expected results.
