Recycling line successfully for last one and half year. This is latest technology
process line based on world class technology machines installed in our line.
Normally Blow Room/Card/Flat waste from Ring Spinning processes are
processed in our line and finished material with low content of trash and better
Fiber Length/Mic/ Fiber Strength are comparable to raw cotton fiber in spin
ability.
Our finished goods are very well accepted against Raw Cotton in open end
spinning units. They use our product to save their raw material cost
substantially.
Hence due to higher demand of our finished goods we are able to process up to
400 Ton/Month in our 2 lines already operational.
We procure our Raw Material from reputed textile spinning unit such as
Vardhman, Nahar, RSWM, Maral, Damodar Thread, Mahima and BIRLAs and
our finished goods are sold to reputed Open End spinning such as
RSWM/Sangam /SEL/BIRLA COTSYN/ Blue Blend Denim/ Planet Spinning
Mills etc. End use of recycled cotton is in making yarn for denim woven fabrics.
We have earned a good reputation and acceptance of our product among
renowned yarn spinning production units.
Recycling of saleable cotton waste is an innovative idea and hence this is a
value addition to the product which was sold earlier for pretty use like bedding
and for use in low cost coarse spg yarn but now with latest recycling process
cotton waste is upgraded with better spin ability to higher count meant for
Denim and bottom weight woven fabrics. Presently there is not much
competitors and due to rich experience of technocrat partners, we have earned
a good reputation of our product with wide acceptability of our finish product.
Our strength lies in establishing business tie up with reputed textile field
spanning over four decades and our technical experience in this field.
