Dear Panel Member,
While I have not finished my senior project (SSHS annual International Week) by the date this
was written, I will answer the following questions as best I can given my experience so far. Thus
far, the experience of this project has been stressful, but educational. This stems from the
responsibility I have of organizing and guiding several people to perform to the best of their
promised ability (this comes from making booths, games, researching the country, etc.). I learned
from these experiences as well, that I must be flexible as changes will be thrown my way. If I
had another chance to do it again, I would not change a thing, as this experience, hardships and
all, has taught me several valuable lessons that I can utilize in my future career and life.
My senior project, so far, was not very difficult. It has required me to be organized and diligent
in sharing information and taking action. However, completing what I have, I have learned that I
am more than capable of handling events and groups of people, and supporting them in their
presentation of ideas in a way that benefits both them, and their project. With this newfound
confidence, I feel that I am more prepared to take on responsibilities, and I am very excited to do
so in my college and career years.
Sincerely,

Catherine Charles
