Greetings in the Spirit of Public Service!

Capas West Central Elementary School has a fast growing population of school
children. At present we have, one thousand nine hundred seventy eight pupils (1,978)
from Kindergarten to Grade VI. With this, the school needs more improved facilities and
additional classrooms to cater their learning needs.
It is in this reason that I am requesting from your good office to inspect the four
(4) classrooms Marcos Type Building and six (6) Classrooms Bagong Lipunan Building
on their condition and ask for recommendation to be assured that our pupils are safe in
the school.
I hope that our request be given preferential treatment due to the urgency of the
situation.
