to resign and come back home. A is reluctant to resign. B incentivizes A by promising to
gift his entire property to A if A resigns and comes back to Kolkata. Since A has a
younger sister, he feels happy at the idea of getting to have the entire property. A
accordingly resigns and comes back to Kolkata. B however changes his mind and informs
A that the property will be equally divided between A and his sister. A is furious and
seeks your legal advice
ISSUES
