I NEVER KNEW... (according to TBAISD Teacher Academy Students 2015-2016) that the curriculum that s taught In school Is £0 planned by the state, | knew that they made {Guidelines for us to be taught but since I have been In the teacher academy program |am seeing ‘how involved the state really. that teachers work so hard. -~that teachers all care, every teacher cares whether it's alittle or alt each one cares. -hat second graders needed so much discipline. -~that t took as much patience as It does in education. that teachers did so much for thetr students outside of school that Itcould be as hard and stressful at times with certain students to help them to stay on task ‘and not disrupt others. tiie dedication for being a teacher. ‘how much goes into the simplest of activities, and (never reallzed) how much paper a schoo! ‘goes through. ow ard it was to manage time in tie classroom. -~that teaching In an autste classroom would be so much fun and inspiring. that being a teacher isa lt more work than I realized Alo, being a teacher is for - thie outcome, notte income. :) / “Pow much time teachers have to tke away om ter feo grade paper and pln forthe fiow much time a teacher takes out of their free time to get everything done for the class. .=that teachers had so much in their plates everyday with making coples, researching things to do In the class room and just everything that a teacher does for students.
