1.While connected the drive , have a message that says the disk is not formated and ask if I
want to format.But the process never ends.
2.Copy of the files present on hard disks in error.Formatting of hard disks in error, it s
impossible to format them.
3.The hard driver make noise.

client references:
Method One

In Windows OS,use the hard disk formatting tools in the system convert file formats directly
Procedure in following figure:
Select the hard disk,click right mouse button,select format option:

Notice:SelectEXFAT,very important
Click start

Click yes

Been tested,OS 10 ,WINDOWS,LINUS all are okay.

Method Two
Step 1:
Download a soft called MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition
Open software, connect hard disk,Press the F5 key,(means Find new hardware),after find out
the hard disk,

Select

the

hard

driver,

click

right

mouse

button,select

Delete

After Delete,like this:

And then select the hard disk,click right mouse button,select Create,

The option select like this:

NoticeFile system: FAT32
Then click OK

And then Click Apply:

Step 2:(The same as Method one,step 1)
