What I appreciate about Mam

Myra is that she knows how to
encourage an intern during
feedback. She knows how to
listen and her advices are
reasonably connected to the
problem. Like in my case, after
she heard that I dont have a
good foundation about Pedia
and that my knowledge about it
needs more development,
instead of telling me that it was
my fault, She enlightened me
and made me realize that
Initiative to learn is the key in
passing, and most of all,
determination to pass.

One more thing is that

whenever she gives feedback,
she makes it clear that I
understand her point and her
way of expressing it is in an
orderly professional way, not
the type of giving sermon or
pinapahina loob.

NEGATIVE

Truth is I cant think of any

because Mam Myra attends
PCPI only during afternoon. I
cant complain about it, because
her reasons are valid, like her
being pregnant and having a lot
of errands to do. Also, I only
see here during afternoons (and
not every day) so I believe that
its not just to tell her such
negative comments. And I know
that even if shes not around,
there are other staffs who
observes. So, Truth is, I cant
think of any.
