A letter of complain

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a shirt and a
pair of trousers which I ordered from your
catalogue.
On 10th March, I ordered a shirt and a pair of
trousers but unfortunately, when my order
arrived I realized that the shirt had no buttons
and when I tried on trousers, the zip broke and
was a bit tight.
I feel I am entitled to a refund. I have enclosed
copies of my invoice. I look forward to your
