MY MORNING RITUAL

HOW YOU START YOUR


DAY IS HOW YOU
START YOUR LIFE
1: THANK FUL.
Before going to bed
hold a bracelet or
rosary bead and say
out loud each thing Im
grateful for as I touch
each bead.
2: Figure out tasks
that are really
important for the day.
On a paper plate write
3 tasks you must do
before noon.
3: DAY SCRIPTING. On
your journal write the
day the next day that
you want to create.
See and feel your day
the next day.
4: DRINK 1 LITER OF
WATER. Upon waking
up.
5: PRAYER. DAILY
BREAD.
6-MEDITATION. . Close
your eyes then
breathe. Breathe in
then pause for 1-2
seconds connecting
with God.
7-TONNY ROBBINS.
EMOTIONAL
FLOODING.
