MEMORAMDUM OF AGREEMENT

This memorandum of agreement is made and entered into on this 21 st day of

February 2016 by and among:
(Party I) Team Friday of the Leadership Enhancement And Development
(LEAD) Series headed by Mr. Joshua Waban, mentor, with an office located at
Room 7, Building No. 5, Mindanao University of Science and Technology, C.M.
Recto, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City;
(Party II) Barangay Council of Brgy. Macabalan, with a Barangay Hall located
at Brgy. Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro City.
WHEREAS, the Leadership Enhancement And Development Series mentees,
particularly the Team Friday, has presented their project entitled LIHOK PA
MORE PARA BASURA NO MORE to the designated member/s of the council of
Barangay Macabalan;
WHEREAS, the objective as well as the set of activities to be implemented of
the said project has been clearly laid to the designated member/s of the
council of the said Barangay;
WHEREAS, both parties have agreed and approved to the conditions and to
the dates being set on the implementation of the said project;
NOW, both Party I and Party II hereby agree to whatever possible changes of
the dates of the project implementation that will occur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these presents on this
21st day of February 2016, in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
