To Whom it may concern:

Kayla Duvall volunteered a total of 25 hours during her winter
break (December 21, 2015 through January 15, 2016) on day to
day living for an elderly patient that I was working with. The
patient we worked with needed assistance in moving around
with a walker, gait training and speech issues. She was directly
supervised by me.
