To Whom It May Concern:

I highly recommend Brian Manley as a candidate for employment.
Brian served as State District Manager for the Tulsa World in
Northeastern Oklahoma from 2003-2014. In this position he was
responsible for recruiting, contracting and training independent
delivery agents for our organization, development and execution of
circulation sales and marketing efforts and all aspects of customer
service for subscribers living in his assigned area.
Despite having over 700 employees working at the Tulsa World, I knew
Brian quite well as he was a top performer at our organization. As you
can see from his resume, he received numerous awards during his
employment, quickly making an impact on our company. His positive
attitude, passion for customer service and natural leadership skills
were evident to all that he came into contact with. He was an excellent
representative of our company in the communities he was assigned.
Brians job required a unique skill set. A successful district manager at
our company needed to function as a part of a team as well as
operating independently for significant periods of time. Top performers
in this job also possessed strong communication skills, were excellent
time managers and extremely detail oriented.
While Brian possessed all of the skills and abilities listed above, it was
his personal character that most stood out. He was loyal and
conscientious, courteous and affable, reliable and dependable. As his
4.0 GPA demonstrates, Brian has the intelligence and dedication to
excel at any situation or circumstance that he sets his mind to. I would
not hesitate to hire Brian again for a leadership position and would
expect him to make an immediate positive influence on whatever
organization is fortunate enough to add him to their team.
Sincerely,
John R. Bair
