Age of Sigmar League Rules

Army List
All league participants have 100 wounds to create their army. These wounds must be spent in the
following manner:
At least 60 wounds must be spent on units with 3 wounds or less. This can be cavalry or infantry and
includes units which have a champion or leader who has more than 3 wounds, providing the main
troops in the unit do not go above 3 wounds.
The remaining 40 wounds can be spent on any units available to the player. This can be war
machines, monsters or even more troops and cavalry if the player wishes.
A players army must be formed from one faction. Chaos, Order, Death or Destruction. You cannot
mix factions.
Ogre Players
Ogre armies are exempt from the 3 wound maximum when creating their army list. This is due to the
nature of the army itself. Instead Ogre players must spend 60 wounds on the following units:
Gnoblars, Ogres, Leadbelchers, Ironguts

Summoning
Summoning in the league has the following restrictions:
-

You cannot summon units that are not already in your existing army. For example undead
players cannot summon a unit of skeleton warriors if their initial 100 wound army does not
already contain Skeleton warriors.
If you summon enough additional troops to your army that your forces wounds outnumber
your opposing players wounds, they may immediately claim a sudden victory condition as
detailed in the rules. It is important to note that this is based on your WOUNDS count and
not the amount of miniatures on the table.

Shooting
Shooting cannot be done whilst in combat unless the ranged weapon/attack/spell has a range of 6
inches or less. Weapons with a range of 6 or higher are considered too bulky to shoot in the
confusion of a melee.
