Resume

Throughout the process of completing Unit 1, I have learned that when writing a resume you
need to be short and to the point in a sophisticated manor. Not only will the persons reviewing
your resume be bored and more likely to throw out your resume if it is pretty lengthy, but this is
your time to stand out by showing impressive experiences, skills, and honors in a descriptive
way. Furthermore, I have learned that you may have a million impressive skills, but unless
those skills relate to the job that you are applying for you should probably just hold off on it. A
resume is basically a summed up story of your life from where you have been in the past to
where you are currently heading towards, and in this quick story it is essential that you make a
lasting (great) first impression on your future employer.
