Comments:
Students were had previously researched some of the animal habitats and today were
continuing with a few more (rainforest, coral reef, etc.) Computers were set up and ready
when students returned from their related arts class. Instructions of materials needed were
clearly stated on the board. Students took from their binders their Eco System Checkist, Daily
Journal Log, and Website Checklist. From there, they went to approved websites and began to
fill in their checklist. The biggest problem was uncooperative computers that needed to be
changed.
Students were given a glimpse ahead told that they would be forming groups to share info on
Monday.

Comments:
Well organized for students and for ease of management. Cueing was provided in anticipation
for a common error - what do you do if you run out of space?
I did wonder if a buddy system would be helpful for the many hands that were up. If they had
a buddy to ask, it may have eased your task of getting to everyone with a question.
