Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. Recipients will be notified by ‘mail and awards will be presented at the Virginia Beach Council of PTAs Annual Dinner in May. Payment of scholarship will be made directly to the university, college, or vocational institute. The scholarship recipient is responsible for providing the scholarship committee with the complete mailing address of the institution, as well as his/her student ID number upon receipt of notification of the award.
