    70 year old female presented with an


    ill formed , freely mobile lump in the
    breast since 2 weeks
    O/E- 3x2 cm freely mobile lump in
    the upper inner quadrant. Overlying
    skin is normal

    Case No - 11

    A 3 yr old boy was admitted in our hospital


    with c/o
    -fever since 15 days,
    -abdominal distension since 15 days
    -rash over face since 3 days
    -bleeding from nose since 1 day
    O/Epallor ++ , mild icterus+
    multiple petechial haemorrhages
    lymphadenopathy +
    Mild hepatosplenomegaly
    Reticulocyte count- 6.4 %

    Again after 2 month pt was admitted

    3 yr old boy omkar jadhav was admitted with c/o


    - Abdominal distension since 1yr
    -Intermittent fever since 6 month
    O/E- Pallor+
    Ecchymosis +
    Edema + all over body
    Bony tenderness +
    S/EPER ABDOMEN- abdominal distension +
    Visible veins +
    spleen palpable upto umbilicus
    ( 12- 14cm)
    liver palpable 5-6 cm below
    costal margin
    Reticulocyte count 5%
