Shes in Love

Shes dizzy and shes dreamy,

Her heads up in the foam.
Her eyes have gone all gleamy,
Its like theres no one home.
She floats away the days,
Mopin on the coastal shelf.

You ask her where shes goin,

She giggles like a fool.
She barely sticks a toe in
Down at the tidal pool.
Its more than just a phase,
Face it, shes just not herself
Is she ill? Or insane?
Is it water on the brain?
What has got her bothered so?
Its the bends! Its the flu!
Gosh, I wish we had a clue!
Oh, wait! Oh, dear!
Good grief! Its clear...

Shes in love! Shes in love!

Pounding heart! Ringing bells!
Look, I think shes even wearing brand new shells!
Shes in love! Shes in love!
Glory be! Lord above!
Gotta be shes in love!

She acts like she dont see us,

She doesnt even speak.
She treats us like sashimi,
Left over from last week.
You see her late at night,
Tossin in her ocean bed.

Shes moody as a snapper,

Oblivious as rocks.
You swim right up and tap her,
She lays there like a lox!
As sure as dogfish bite,
Somethins made her lose her head!
And she sighs, and she swoons
And shes hummin little tunes
Even has a sorta glow
What on earth could it be?
Any hammerhead can see!
That sigh! That glow!
That swoon! Oh, no!

Shes in love! Shes in love!

Pounding heart! Ringing bells!
Look, I think shes even wearing brand new shells!
Shes in love! Shes in love!
Glory be! Lord above!
Gotta be shes in love!

Shes in love! Shes in love!

Shes in love! Shes in love!

Gotta be shes in love!
Gotta be shes in love!

Gotta be shes in love!
