In 5/6J, we aim to achieve our own individual

goals that we set at the beginning of the year,
as well as our shared class goals that we work
towards together each week.
At the beginning of each lesson, students are
aware of the stage outcomes we hope to achieve
through our learning intentions and success
criteria. Students are actively engaged in selfmonitoring their learning in order for them to
assess their understanding.
In 5/6J, we aim to work cooperatively and build
friendships with one another to ensure that we
have a positive learning environment at all times.
We hope to build upon our literacy and numeracy
skills, as well as our knowledge about the world
around us.
