Late Registration will start on Monday, February 29th , 2016 at 12:00am thru May
18th, 2016 at 12:00am.
A registration form must be completed in order to capture the required
information for the meeting.
The methods of payment can be anyone of the following:
Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card.
NOTE: There is a processing fee charged for all credit card transactions.
To purchase Registration for the 71st District meeting in Phoenix, you can use the
following methods to register:

1. In person with a Registration Committee member. Paper copy forms will

be available and must be completed to register.
2. Online at www.71stdistrictmeeting.com. An online registration form must
be completed and an online payment must be made in order to register
online.

The 71st 12th District Meeting Registration fees are as follows:

Graduate $250.00
Undergraduate $70.00
