Dear Sir,

The dates that have been mentioned are fine by me, however I have a few
issues with the timings that have been allotted for the same and I would
like you to kindly consider the following concerns.
1. The Sessions are supposed to be 5 hour sessions as that is the
standard requirement for the course. However it has been
mentioned to be of 7 hours as per the recent schedule that you
have provided me with. Kindly look into the the matter and please
rectify the issue.
2. I will have to leave the campus each Sunday night for an early
morning flight as I have weekday courses lined up as well, so the
new schedule that has been outlined for me i.e. classes from 12
noon to 9:00 pm would be really difficult for me to conduct. I would
really be grateful if we can reschedule the sessions so that it doesnt
stretch beyond 7pm.
Kindly look into the matters and revert to me if you have any concerns
with my propositions so we can find a middle ground. I have a few other
projects lined up for the weekdays and hence Im facing the current
predicament with the timings. I hope you understand my situation and can
help me out here. Heres hoping that I can soon pack my bags for the
training sessions.
