Entry Fee:

$25 Preregistered/$30 Race Day for 5K or 10K

$10 Preregistered/$15 Race Day for the 1 Mile

Every finisher receives a medal!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals awarded in ten year increments through 60+

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE: (the following must be signed to prior to the race) I understand and
acknowledge that a running/walking event poses risks to me, including the risk of physical or emotional injury or
damage, including serious injury or death to myself, to property, or to third parties. I hereby, for myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge Turlock Chaplaincy, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation, and all officers, directors, employees, agents, race management, and volunteers of the
organization, and their representatives, successor and assigns, acting officially or otherwise, from any and all
claims, demands, actions or causes of action which in any way arise from my participation in the above noted
event, including pre- and post-race activities. I also grant Turlock Chaplaincy the right to use any images of me
taken at the race. I have read and understand this document, and agree to be bound by its terms.
