Dear Vendor,
The Phi Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is delighted to announce that we
will be hosting our 71st annual 12th District Meeting. This years District Meeting will be
held at the Hyatt Regency May 19th - 22nd, 2016. We are actively seeking vendors to
display their wares during this event.
The vendor fee for this event is $200. The registration fee covers space for two (2) 6 x 3
tables and two chairs. Electricity and Wi-Fi will also be available. Your merchandise will
be secured during hours of non operation in a locked room. You will also be able to
secure hotel reservations at the group rate if you reserve rooms by March 31, 2016.
Spaces are available on a first come first served basis. I have also attached the registration
form and Vendors Room layout.
Registration forms and hotel reservations are also available online via our meeting
website at www.71stDistrictMeeting.com . It should be noted that this District meeting is
expected to be well attended in that it is the last District Meeting before our International
Conclave in July 2016.
If you are interested in our offer to participate as a vendor, please forward your
remittance and the attached vendor application as soon as possible. Space is limited and
will go quickly.
