We welcome the year with our Regional Welding and Piping Competition 2011. This is
a yearly activity of Industrial Welders and Fitters Association of the Philippines (IWFAP)
for our members to enhance their welding skills four (4) processed of welding such as
GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and MIG. For piping skills such as blue print reading drawing
execution lay out fit up and cutting.
Update them the latest on new technologies and career opportunities.
Develop skills of IWFAP MEMBERS for global competition and to accommodate as per
client requirements and camaraderie among our members.
Regional welding competition;
February 7 8 & 9 will be held in CEBU
February 11 12 & 13 will be held in BATANGAS
February 18 19 & 20 will be held in CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
February 25 26 & 27 will be held in DAVAO CITY
March 4 5 & 6 METRO MANILA

1. 6G Pipe 2 inches sch 40 carbon steel (all tig) filer is ER70s-2 2.4mm
2. 6G Pipe 2 inches sch 80 carbon steel (gtaw root smaw fill & cap) root pass 70s-2
fill & cap E7018 size 2.5mm.
3. 6G Pipe 2 inches sch 40 316 stainless steel (all tig) filler is ER316L 2.4mm
4. 6G Pipe 6 inches sch 80 carbon steel (smaw) electrode E6010 3.2mm
5. 6G Pipe 6 inches sch 80 carbon steel (gtaw smaw) ER70S-2 E7018 3.2mm
6. 4G Plate 25 mm carbon steel (smaw) 6010 roor 3.2mm fill & cap 7018 3.2mm
