How to find your MAC address on Windows 8
1) Press the Windows key to open the Start screen.
2) From the Windows Start screen, begin by typing cmd.

3) Windows search will filter the available apps until Command Prompt is displayed, select this app
and the black Command Prompt window will open on the desktop.
4) In Command Prompt, type ipconfig /all and hit Enter (note the space before the forward-slash).

5) In the results, you may need to scroll up to view the appropriate addresses for your computers
Ethernet adapter. The MAC and IP addresses will be listed as Physical Address and IPv4
Address, respectively.
6) Note these addresses as they will be needed for you to complete the DHCP registration of your
computer. This process will allow you access to the UAs local area network.
