INTRODUCTION

THEORY
-A pneumatic system is a subsystem which is specially
designed for a specific process. In the simple case, the process
is a movement (linear or rotating) and the system then consists
of cylinder, motors and valves. Before the pressured air enter
the first component in the pneumatic system, it has to pass
through a so called service unit. This unit consist of a filter, a
pressure regulator (pressure reducing valve) and a if
necessary for lubrication of the system components.

OBJECTIVE
a)To construct an accurately pneumatic circuit
b)To report briefly the pneumatic experiments in group.
c)To see the different between each pneumatic circuit when
changing and adding a different valves.

APPARATUS

a)Single Acting Actuator

b)Double Acting Actuator

c)Service Unit

d) 3/2 way valve with push button

e) 5/2 way valve with push button

f) Distributor

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
I)Do not start the experiment without the technician or
lecturer.
II)Do not using damage equipment.
III)Make sure the pneumatic hose plug in correct position and
should be deep enough
IV)Setting on air supply to medium pressure (3-10 bar).
V)Store all the components to theirs exact place after
complete the experiment.
VI)Do not unplug the pneumatic hose during the operation.

PROCEDURES
I)The pneumatic components was indentified.
II)The pneumatic have been constructed.
III)The actual circuit has been developed on pneumatic
workbench.
IV)All the connection have been checked.
V)The circuit have been ruined through.

CONCLUSION
-Our conclusion is we can know how to construct accurately
and can arrange the component of pneumatic circuit
systematically. Then we can know how to report and explain
briefly the operation of pneumatic experiment in group.Next
we can learn to find out the correct component and
equipment. For our recommendation, there are components that
have been damaged mixed with the components that can
work.Component should be separated so that students do not
use these components to built the circuit. Components need to
be replaced with new components so that students can use
enough components to build the circuit mainly use by many
groups.
