been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state

1. I am the Respondent in the above entitled case docketed as
NLRC RAB VII Case No. 03-0622-15;
2. I have caused the preparation and filing of the foregoing Position

3. I have read the same and the allegations therein being true and
