oe Matthew McGowan Director, Landside Services Department Wayne County Airport Authority Re: Wayne County Airport Authority Ground Transportation Regulations for Detroit ‘Metropolitan Wayne County Airport Dear Member of the Community ‘The Wayne County Airport Authority (the “Airport Authority’) and its staff are continuously improving ground transportation operations at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (the “Airport’) and, as part of this continuous improvement process, have drafted updated Ground Transportation Regulations (the “Regulations") for the Alrport. As a component Of its rollout of the Regulations, the Airport Authority is seeking comment from ground transportation operators and members of the public. Consequently, you will find the Regulations enclosed with this letter. If you are interested in providing comments on the Regulations, please provide them via electronic mail to Matt.McGowan@weaa.us not later than 4:30pm on Friday March 4, 2018. Comments received via other methods of communication or aftor that time and date will not be considered by the Airport Authority. ‘The Airport Authority will review the comments provided by individuals and entities in a timely manner, and revise the Regulations to the extent it considers it necessary or ‘appropriate in response to any comments it receives. Individuals or entities that will be operating or taking ground transportation services at the Airport on or after March 14, 2016, should check the Airport Authority's website (ywuw.metroairport,com) prior to operating or taking a ground transportation service to or from the Airport.
