    otherstatestocreatestricterlawsaboutimmigration.Thecontacthypothesiscanhelp
    stopracialprofilingbecauseitstatesthatpeopleareseenasindividualsandnot
    stereotypedbytheirrace,cultureorethnicity.

    evenafterbeingprejudicedanddiscriminated.AsianAmericansarerecognizedforbeing
    amodelminoritygroup.Anadvantageforbeingmodelminorityisthateventhoughthere
    aredifferenttypesofbeingAsianslikeKorean,Japanese,Chinese,Filipino,etc.,theyare
    allknowntobesuccessfulevenifoneislesssuccessful.Adisadvantagecanbethateven
    ifaAsianhasagreateducationandiseconomicallywell,thepersoncanstillbeaglass
    ceiling.
