Leadership

Leadership is a word derives from an influencing power of a person, whose attributes and
personality influence other people in achieving their specific goal. Such person is a known as a
leader. This person has the ability of leadership where he guide others in their direction of
work without any force and leaves them with accomplishment.
Basically, leadership is an influencing process which change, control and shape the behavior or
performance of others in acquiring their objectives regarding to any specific fields or anything
else. No person led or follow the other, until he or she find some of his positive impacts in the
execution of his work. These positive impacts are the traits or qualities of that person, which can
be his honesty or integrity, intelligence, self- confidence or selflessness etc which he puts in his
work that creates a reason to convince others in following him.
If we look around ourselves, there are so many examples of such people who gain success and
win the hearts of the followers as well as became their leaders with their magnificent work
performances in their fields having these traits. Such as in religious group we have a great
example of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), the highly successful leader who was fearless to take
any action in the favor of good. He is acting as a role model for the Muslims, no one has ever
come closer to Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) in having such leadership skills till now. In business
group, we have a famous example of Bill Gates a chairman of Microsoft, the Leading software
company he founded with Paul Allen. He is consistently ranked among the world's wealthiest
people. Besides these Mian Mansha, Malik Riaz examples are also here in business category. In
sports group we have an example of Roger Fedrer. These people has given an inspiration to other
people in achieving their aims.
Realistically, we all need such person and guidness to build up our ways more efficiently and
effectively by seeking their examples in our mind.
