Dear Sir,

This is to acknowledge your action which lead us to be dropped on your class System
Analysis and Design.
I do apologize about the misunderstanding that led to dropping of students in your class
including myself. I go to school every Tuesday and Thursday and wait for your class on
4:30, but then it seems like there are no students and leaders showing on the time of
your class and so I chose not to attend too. At some point due to my busy schedule, I
admit that I didnt go to school sometimes during our class.
As you have said during prelim term, our class will be on Consultation Room of CpE
Department but sometimes there are no students inside and so I think there are no
classes. We are collaborating thru social media and so some of my classmates are not
attending schools, maybe because they are doing their part which the leaders deployed
to us in relation to our project that we proposed.
Sir Rufo, let me assure you that what happened in your case is not a typical event that
happens to me. And this is my first time to be sent out on Guidance Counselor. I
guarantee you that this will not happen again.
