Jess was able to evaluate her lessons and students understanding and made adjustments as needed. From the very beginning of her assignment, Miss Rajm established excellent rapport with her students. ‘The appropriate use of positive reinforcement and Jess’s caring, fair, yet firm personality enabled her to discipline the class proficiently. She has effectively developed good classroom management. Jess has a warm and friendly personality. Iin‘closing, Jessica was a very hard-working and talented student teacher.
