Yes, there is a room available at the Mountain Top Inn & Suites for your event on April 15, 2015. We hope Mountain Top
Inn & Suites is what you are looking for in your event space. To follow are answers to your questions.
1. The Hilltop Room is available on the date you requested. It is available from 9am until 4:00pm. The room seats
up to 300 guests and provides a beautiful view of the University.
2. We offer audiovisual equipment at a cost of $150 but since you are a new customer, the screen will cost $75 and
the projector will be free. To set up all your audiovisual needs please contact Ron Reynolds, Guest Service
Manager. He will be able to answer all your questions, his number is: 660-555-1101.
3. Yes, we have a variety of lunch options for you to choose from. This will include tax and gratuity.
a. Assortment of sandwiches w/ chips...$15.00
b. Parmesan crusted chicken$16.50
c. Either option plus dessert $19.00
