strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances
with other companies.

the value chain, restore field health and sales force effectiveness,
successfully implement other initiatives in the direct-selling channel,
successfully execute our digital strategy, including e-commerce, improve
our brochure and product offerings and improve our marketing and
advertising.
Expects to achieve higher-than-anticipated annualized savings and benefits approaching
$900 million from its original restructuring program and its product line simplification and
strategic sourcing initiatives.
