Practice Behavior

 Collect and organize data, and apply critical thinking to

interpret information from clients and constituencies
Observe clients assessments and write organize and
interpret data. The data that obtain will be updated in
charts and in to the data system

Practice Behavior 7.1

 Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social

environment, person-in-environment, and other
multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks in interventions
with clients and constituencies
Engage in interdisciplinary team conference regarding a
client with supervisor. Discuss how client feel about their
current situation a well a how they are dealing with their
situation

Practice Behavior 7.2

 Develop mutually agreed-on intervention goals and

objectives based on the critical assessment of strengths,
needs, and challenges within clients and constituencies
Conduct a written assessment of clients strengths and
weaknesses. After the assessment monitor the progress
for clients.

Practice Behavior 7.3

 Select appropriate intervention strategies based on the

assessment, research knowledge, and values and
preferences of clients and constituencies
Monitor the progress of participants as interventions are
discussed to help clients.
