Select and use appropriate methods for

evaluation of outcomes
Discuss appropriate evaluation techniques
on the outcome of clients that will best suit
them.
For example screen clients based on their
current and past situations for positive
outcomes from the evaluation.

Apply knowledge of human behavior and

the social environment, person-inenvironment, and other multidisciplinary

theoretical frameworks in the evaluation of
outcomes.
Prepare a report based on outcomes to
share with agency
For example, gather research and
information pertaining to first time moms
and allow the report to how classes held

outcomes.

Critically analyze, monitor, and evaluate

intervention and program processes and

outcomes.
Review client files to determine progress
toward agreed upon goals. Monthly check
up for clients based on their risk levels as a
client.

Apply evaluation findings to improve

practice effectiveness at the micro, mezzo,

and macro levels.
Create reports ,flyers to share with agency
to enhance and inform client about
upcoming events, up to date research that
could be beneficial to them
