This folder includes:

1. AMPL System (student version).

2. TORA System.
3. Chapter Files.
Instructions regarding the installation and use of AMPL and TORA are included in
README files
in their respective folders.
The folder "Chapter Files" includes all the AMPL, Excel, Solver, and TORA models
referenced
in the book, grouped by chapters. Their use is detailed throughout the text. T
he one-page
summary in the inside back cover provides a useful categorization by tool of the
models
in "Chapter Files."
