Respected Officer,
I Umasankar Pasumarthi, the tenant previously resided at the premises D.No: 12-10-4,
prakashnagar, Narasaraopet hereby submitting you, the humble request for issuance of all my essentials
and personal belongings left over at the said premises.
Sir, due to surprise action take over by you on last Saturday i.e. 20-feb-2016, responding to your
immediate action I vacated the premises (D.No: 12-10-4, prakashnagar, Narasaraopet) and supported your
cause of action. I am bringing it to your notice that my essentials, utensils and all other personal
belongings are still left out at the same premises mentioned above.
Hence, I am requesting you to re-open the seal and lock affixed to the premises and allow me to take all
my essentials, utensils and all other personal belongings in your presence/ concerned authorities presence
with prior notice with ample time.
